Levodropropizine 30 mg
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg

Levodropropizine + chlorpheniramine is a combination of 2 drugs called antitussive drugs, which is widely used for treating dry cough. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which helps reduce cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine. Levodropropizine is a cough suppressant which relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain.

Syrup is for the treatment of dry cough. It helps to reduce cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger. It also provides relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching and watery eyes.

Levodropropizine:
Levodropropizine is a peripherally acting agent inhibiting the afferent pathways that mediate the generation of the cough reflex.
Chlorpheniramine :
Chlorpheniramine helps control the symptoms of cold or allergies but will not treat the cause of the symptoms or speed recovery. Chlorpheniramine is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
