Welcome to InfinityPlus (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a data and workflow management platform operated by Saar Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Saar Biotech”). By accessing, browsing, or using the InfinityPlus platform or the Saar Biotech website (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions. InfinityPlus is a specialized platform designed to facilitate data management, workflow tracking, and communication between Saar Biotech and its B2B pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, distributors, and clients. The Services are intended solely for professional and commercial use.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access specific features of the platform, you may be required to create an account or log in using authenticated credentials (such as Google OAuth).

  • Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify Saar Biotech immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Saar Biotech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof on the InfinityPlus platform and Saar Biotech website are the intellectual property of Saar Biotech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material without our express written consent.
  • “Saar Biotech” and “InfinityPlus” are trademarks of Saar Biotech Pvt. Ltd.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Services, you agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload, post, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Furthermore, as a B2B platform, both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary product formulations, pricing, and manufacturing workflows shared through InfinityPlus.

The materials and services on the InfinityPlus platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Saar Biotech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
  • No Medical Advice: The information provided on our platform is for commercial manufacturing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saar Biotech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if Saar Biotech has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saar Biotech Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the platform.

Any claim, dispute, or controversy relating to the InfinityPlus platform or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Himachal Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Himachal Pradesh for the resolution of any disputes.

Saar Biotech reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
