1. Ministry Directive

In compliance with the recent directive issued by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, under Para 78(1) of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, this is to inform you of a new requirement that has been mandated for all employers covered under the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

2. Extract of Form 5A

As per the order dated 06/10/2025, employers are required to ensure the prominent display of an extract of Form 5A at the entrance of the establishment, or alternatively, make it available on the company’s official website and mobile application. The display will include the following details:

• EPF Code: HPSML0004491000.

• Registered Name: SAAR BIOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

• Date of coverage: 01/10/2005.

• No of branches and Primary Branch Address: 01 and VILL-BHUD, THE. NALAGARH, DISTRICT. SOLAN -HP,173205.

• Regional Office: SCO-165, SECTOR-38 C, CHANDIGARH.
