4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site, without any advance notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or if we decide to discontinue the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saar Biotech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on InfinityPlus.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to InfinityPlus's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Himachal Pradesh, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Himachal Pradesh.
